Loredana De Sole is an Italian-born fine art photographer that specializes in nature photography. Over the years, she has attended countless courses to explore the world of photographic techniques, seeking her own personal vision. Her current artistic perception draws on the surreal atmospheres of Murakami's literature and Radiohead's music.
Curious and open to different methods and techniques of expression, Lordana channels her attention to her inner self. She distorts reality by adding physical movement to her images with the declared aim of moving us emotionally.
Lordena has become increasingly interested in nature due to the ecological crises of recent years and the evolution of her own inner need to denounce the damage done. Her most recent collection features both landscapes and waterscapes.
“I thus externalise and give form to my inner instincts by exploring my fears and memories through photography. I deliberately try to suggest to private collectors suggestive images of the reality that surrounds us, offering representations to those who love to be surrounded by evocative beauty.”
