A pair of Magellanic penguins named Izzy and Darwin from the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago went on field trips to local museums with their animal-care minders during the early days of shutdown last March.

They recently visited an exhibition titled "Just Connect", which explores how we communicate, connect and interact with one another and the environment, at Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.

Chief curator Michael Darling noted that the penguins were attracted to several of the artworks, such as Margon Berman's painting titled Marie Chrstine and Andreas Gursky's photograph titled Avenue of the Americas.
