Vé Boisvert is a self-taught contemporary artist from Hearst, a small French-speaking town in northern Ontario, now based in Quebec City. Guided by intuition and inspired by nature, music and her spiritual practice, Vé creates luminous abstract paintings that radiate emotion and optimism. Her layered use of colour and movement transforms emotion into visual poetry; an approach she describes as “art that feeds the soul.” Her compositions often reflect a balance of warm and cool tones, reflecting a sensitivity to energy and spatial flow and guided by Feng Shui principles. Vé’s work has been featured in House & Garden (UK), Radio-Canada, and Le Soleil, and collected in Canada, U.S.A., Spain and England. She continues to develop her practice in her loft studio, which she’s transformed into a vibrant creative sanctuary.
