California, especially San Francisco where I used to stay, its weather, fog, food, people, and everything had played a major role in my life. This artwork represents the beauty of Golden Gate Bridge, which connects San Francisco to small towns like Sausalito, Tiburon, etc. When I look at it wholeheartedly, I can feel like I was there on the way to Sausalito to watch sunset before dinner, and I could smell the fresh oysters, fine wine or even the garlicky pasta served in my favourite restaurant there.
Born in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, in 1973, Yenny Yohan has developed a great interest in arts since she was a child by always sketching, drawing, and making some kind of craft projects. She currently lives in Bandung and has been painting professionally for a few years.
